Camille Gauthier holds a Master degree in Copyright Law from the University of Paris II – Panthéon-Assas, during which she wrote a thesis entitled “Comparison sites and law” under the supervision of Professor Pierre-Yves Gautier.
She also holds a bachelor degree in German as well as a bachelor degree in modern literature.
She works in French and English, and speaks German when she has the opportunity to do so.
Before joining Pierrat & de Seze in October 2018, she worked at ATIPIC Avocat, the activity of which, generally focused on digital technology, is divided between intellectual property and IT law: software copyright, personal data, trademark law, regulation of cryptology means, e-commerce, etc.
